Completion of Rump Period for YKB's Rights Issue
Yapı Kredi Bank (YKB) announces that regarding the issued capital of the Bank being increased by YTL 920,000,000 from YTL 3,427,051,284 to YTL 4,347,051,284 within the Bank’s registered capital ceiling of YTL 5,000,000,000, the offering of the unsubscribed rights amounting to nominal YTL 1,405,174,784 on the ISE primary market has been completed and the total remaining shares have been sold on 11 August 2008.
