Yapı Kredi secured US$ 585 million subordinated loan
Based on the approval of the Board of Directors dated 22 February 2012 and approval of BRSA dated 20 February 2012, Yapı Kredi secured a US$ 585 million 10 year maturity (callable after 5 years) subordinated loan from UniCredit Bank Austria AG. The loan has an all-in-cost of 3-month Libor+8.30%.
