Yapi Kredi decided to join forces with Pamukbank
At the meeting of Board of Directors' of Yapi Kredi Bank dated June 10th, 2002;
It was decided to merge Pamukbank into Yapi Kredi, acquiring and taking over all rights, claims, debts and liabilities of Pamukbank taking as a basis the balance sheet as of June 30, 2002 and ending Pamukbank's legal entity. The Board has authorized the representatives of the management of Yapi Kredi to apply for all necessary approvals regarding Banking Act No:4389 and the "Regulation Regarding Bank Mergers and Acquisitons".
