YKB and Cukurova Restructuring Deal
As per the Supplementary Agreement to the Financial Restructuring Agreement signed between Yapi Kredi Bank and Cukurova Group on 20.07.2004, it was announced that the initial payment would be made in the first week of September 2004. On 24.08.2004, Cukurova Holding notified the Bank that the first payment would be done in the second half of September 2004.
In the notice delivered from Cukurova Group to our Bank yesterday (30.09.2004), it is stated that the first payment will be made until 11.10.2004 and accordingly a revision in the payment plan is requested.
This will be evaluated by the Bank's Board of Directors and the decision will be announced to the public in due course.
