US $200,000,000 Term Loan Facility
Alpha Bank A.E., The Bank of New York, The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi, Ltd., Barclays Capital, the investment banking division of Barclays Bank PLC, HVB Group (Bayerische Hypo- und Vereinsbank AG/Vereins- und Westbank AG), BayernLB, Citibank N.A., Crédit Agricole Indosuez, Deutsche Bank AG, Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, First Union National Bank, ING Group (ING Barings/BBL/BHF- BANK), Natexis Banques Populaires and The Sanwa Bank, Limited (the "Joint Arrangers", each a "Joint Arranger") have been mandated by Yapi ve Kredi Bankasi A.?. to arrange a US$200,000,000 one year Syndicated Term Loan Facility (the "Facility").
This Facility will replace the syndicated term loan facility for Yapi ve Kredi Bankasi A.S., which was repaid on 11th July 2001.
