Thanks to its significant accomplishments in gender equality and leadership in female employee ratio in the finance sector, we are proud to announce that Yapı Kredi is among the five companies from Turkey to be included in the 2021 Bloomberg Gender Equality Index (GEI).
Bloomberg Gender Equality Index measures gender equality across five pillars: female leadership and talent pipeline, equal pay and gender pay parity, inclusive culture, sexual harassment policies, and pro-women brand. Companies that rank above a certain threshold with their performance and transparency, are included in the index. Thanks to its profound performance in gender equality, Yapı Kredi has scored both above the sector and global averages.
