Yapi ve Kredi Bankasi A.S. has successfully completed a US$200 million Diversified Payment Rights Securitization Transaction. The maturity of the transaction is 1 year with an option to extend to a 5-year maturity subject to certain conditions. Standard Chartered Bank has acted as the Sole Arranger of this transaction, which has been rated BBB by Fitch Ratings.
