Sale of Non-Performing Loan Portfolio
On 26 May 2010, Yapı Kredi’s Board of Directors resolved to sell non-performing loan portfolios of corporate and commercial loans amounting to a total of TL 299 mln for a total of TL 7.5 mln. The portfolio was sold to LBT Varlık Yönetimi A.Ş.
The sale proceeds are expected to be collected by the end of June. The positive impact of the sale is expected to be ~60 bps on YKB’s NPL ratio as of April.
