Sale of Digitürk
On 05 January 2006, our Bank's shares in Fintur Technologies B.V. (Fintur) and Digital Platform Iletisim Hizmetleri A.S. (Digitürk) have been sold to a Cukurova Group company at book values of Euro 42,220,925 and NTL 106,040,666, respectively.
With the sale of our Bank's 72.57% direct and indirect shares in Digitürk, our Bank has no longer any participation in Digitürk or Fintur. The sale proceeds have been received in cash and as the transfers have been based on book values, there has been no profit or loss impact.
