During the meeting of the Board of Directors of Yapı Kredi (YKB) held on 27 June 2012, it was resolved to start the assessment on the reorganisation of Yapı Kredi’s presence in the insurance business (life, non-life and pension), including assessment of divestiture and partnerships, with the purpose of maximising value for clients and shareholders.
