Yapı Kredi Bank (YKB) announces the completion of the process to increase its issued capital in cash by YTL 920,000,000 from YTL 3,427,051,284.00 to YTL 4,347,051,284.00 within the Bank’s registered capital ceiling of YTL 5,000,000,000.
The capital increase was registered by Istanbul Trade Registry Office on 15 December 2008 and the official document was received on 16 December 2008.
