Purchase of shares
Our Bank obtained a 500 million Euro subordinated loan from Merrill Lynch Capital Corporation with all in cost of Euribor + 200 basis points and a maturity of 10 years callable after 5 years, assisted by the guarantee of UniCredito Italiano SpA. It was also notified to our Bank by Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency in writing that the loan was accepted as subordinated loan and provided that it is in conformity with the conditions in the regulation, it was agreed to take it into consideration as Tier 2 Capital as of the date it was recorded under our Bank's books.
