Permission for due diligence
In its notice to our Bank dated January 17, 2005, Çukurova Holding A.S. has stated that they have decided to start exclusive talks with Koç Financial Services for the sale of their shares in our Bank and has requested permission for a due diligence by Koç Financial Services.
In its meeting held on the same day, our Board of Directors has decided to grant this permission with the condition of the signing of a confidentiality agreement.
