Non-Performing Loan Portfolio Sale
On 26 April 2018, Yapı Kredi’s Board of Directors resolved to sell non-performing loan (NPL) portfolio of TL 501 million principal amounts for a total consideration of TL 28.2 million to a range of asset management companies. The proceeds will have a positive pre-tax P&L impact which will be reflected in Yapı Kredi’s 2Q18 financials following the finalisation of the transaction.
