On 29 May 2019, Yapı Kredi’s Board of Directors resolved to sell non-performing loan (NPL) portfolio of retail and credit card loans with TL 298 million principal amount for a total consideration of TL 22.7 million to Arsan Varlık Yönetimi A.Ş. and Hayat Varlık Yönetimi A.Ş.
