In the Board of Directors' Meeting held on November 11, 2004, the Management was authorized to mandate Yapi Kredi Yatırım for the sale of our Bank's shares in Digital Platform İletişim Hizmetleri A.Ş., Süper On-Line Uluslararası Elektronik Bilgilendirme ve Haberleşme Hizmetleri A.Ş. and Fintur Technologies B.V.
