Mandate for Turkcell IPO
Further to the announcement that we have received from our subsidiary, Turkcell Iletisim Hizmetleri A.S, today, please be informed that Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley Dean Witter has been appointed as the joint lead managers for the IPO of Turkcell which is to be completed within year 2000.
