During the meeting of the Board of Directors of Yapı Kredi held on 27 July 2012, it was resolved that Deutsche Bank A.G., UniCredit Bank Austria A.G. and Yapı Kredi Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. would be appointed as joint financial advisors to assist Yapı Kredi in the reorganisation of its presence in the insurance business (life, non-life and pension), including assessment of divestiture and partnerships, with the purpose of maximising the value for its clients and shareholders.
