Fiskobirlik receivable
In the Board of Directors meeting held on December 25, 2003, it has been decided to take legal action against the Turkish Treasury on the grounds of the fact that:
Our receivable of TL 625.7 trillion related with loans extended to Fiskobirlik during 1990 not being paid until today and the Turkish Treasury not fulfilling its obligations under the temporary Article 1/E of Law Number 4572.
