Fintur
Referring to the news release made by Yapi Kredi Bank as of February 23rd, 2000, it was announced that the Board of Directors' has decided to participate the share capital increase of Fintur Holdings B.V to Euro equivalent of $360,000,000, which was established in Holland to invest in companies in telecommunications sector. Following the necessary permissions, which would be taken from the Undersecretariat of Treasury, Yapi Kredi Bank will participate to share capital increase with an amount of $70,000,000.
In accordance with this decision necessary permissions were taken from Undersecretariat of Treasury as of April 7th, 2000 and $70,000,000, which corresponds to 19.44% of the share capital increase of Fintur Holdings B.V, was transferred to the company as of today.
