According to the Capital Markets Board announcement dated February 8, 2000, the companies listed in Istanbul Stock Exchange were required to release 1999 income statement which should be provided to the tax office as an attachment of the prepaid tax declaration as of February 15, 2000.
In line with the above mentioned announcement, Yapi Kredi has released its 1999 income statement which is not audited according to the Capital Markets Board principles. Please be informed that Yapi Kredi's net income is TL million 211,276,596 and the provision for taxes (deffered and current) is TL million 80,552,693 according to the unaudited income statement for the year 1999.
Please note that Yapi Kredi's 1999 audited financial statements, prepared in accordance with Capital Markets Board principles will be released at the end of February.
