US$ 1.03 billion Dual Currency Term Loan Facility
On 7 May 2019 Yapı Kredi successfully signed a syndicated loan agreement totalling US$ 1.03 billion at 367 days maturity. The syndication is secured through two different tranches; US$ 350.4 million and Euro 606.8 million. The Facility has been intentionally downsized as per the previous announcements thanks to the strong liquidity position of the Bank.
The Dual Currency Term Loan Facility has been raised by a syndicate including 49 of Yapı Kredi’s key relationship banks from 21 countries.
The all-in cost was realised at Libor + 250 bps and Euribor + 240 bps. The loan is intended to be used for trade finance activities.
