Dr. Reha Yolalan's appointment & option for Turkcell Iletisim shares
In our Board of Directors meeting held on January 27, 2005, it was decided;
To appoint Dr. Reha Yolalan as Chief Executive Officer. To refuse Çukurova Holding's application to exercise the option for the repurchase of 1.8% of Turkcell Iletisim shares acquired by our Bank on February 26, 2004 for the settlement of the interest for the year 2003 in accordance with the Financial Restructuring Agreement.
