Distribution of bonus shares
In the Annual General Meeting held on April 7th, 2000;
It was decided to increase paid in share capital by 109%, from TL 239,982,358,271,000 to TL 501,563,128,786,000. The increase in share capital will be provided from the following sources:
TL 59,029,094,183,946 from revaluation fund,
TL 37,326,180,249,244 from the income generated through the sale of equity participation and real estates,
TL 11,636,786,788,370 from the Fund for Increase In Value.
TL 153,588,709,293,440 will be distributed as bonus shares from the net profit of 1999.
It is intended to start distributing the receipts regarding the share capital increase by May 22, 2000. As, unlike in previous years, the total share capital increase will be done through bonus shares, the receipts will be exchanged with the actual shares in 15 days, subject to the approval of related governmental bodies.
