BOD decision
In the Board of Directors Meeting held on April 20, 2006, it was decided to initiate all necessary preparations by our Bank to take over Kocbank with all of its rights, receivables, obligations and liabilities by virtue of dissolution and submit the first application to the Banking Regulation and Supervision Authority.
