Annual General Meeting Results
In the Annual General Meeting held on March 31st, 2003;
The financial statements as of and for the year ended December 31, 2002 were approved and it was accepted to net off the profit for 2002 against prior years' losses.
The member number of the Board of Directors was determined as seven. Mr. Rona Yircali, Mr. Halit Soydan, Mr. Selçuk Altun, Mr. Levent Ersalman, Mr. Tanbey Veziroglu, Mr. Rahmi Sayder and Mr. Hasan Ersel have been elected as board members. In accordance with Article 9-1a of the Banks Act, Mr. Naci Sigin is a natural member of the Board of Directors.
