The deadline for rights holders to apply to the Investor Compensation Center (Yatırımcı Tazmin Merkezi “YTM”) is 6 September 2026, in respect of our Bank's shares that were not dematerialized within the prescribed period and whose ownership was transferred to the YTM pursuant to the fourth paragraph of Article 13 of the Capital Markets Law No. 6362. Such applications are to be made within the framework of the "Regulation on the Procedures and Principles Regarding Payments to Be Made to Investors by the Investor Compensation Center Following the Partial Annulment of the Fourth Paragraph of Article 13 of the Capital Markets Law No. 6362” (6362 sayılı Sermaye Piyasası Kanununun 13 üncü Maddesinin Dördüncü Fıkrasının Kısmen İptali Üzerine Yatırımcı Tazmin Merkezi Tarafından Yatırımcılara Yapılacak Ödemelere İlişkin Usul ve Esaslar Hakkında Yönetmelik).
In this context:
- The application process consists of two steps: the first step is the delivery of the originals of the physical share certificates to our Bank against an official delivery report, and the second step is the application to the YTM together with the delivery report and other required documents.
- The originals of the physical share certificates must be submitted as part of the application. It is not possible to process applications based on photocopies or similar documents.
- 6 September 2026 is the deadline for the YTM application foreseen under the second step. Considering that the application to our Bank and the review procedures in the first step may also take time, rights holders wishing to benefit from the provisions of the Regulation must complete their applications promptly.
- In addition to rights holders holding our Bank's physical share certificates, rights holders holding physical share certificates of Koçbank A.Ş., which merged with our Bank in 2006, may also submit applications.

In addition to our Bank's shares transferred to YTM, beneficiaries holding investment fund participation units of Yapı Kredi Bankası A.Ş. B Tipi Şemsiye Fonu-Büyüme Amaçlı Değişken 6. Alt Fonu, Yapı ve Kredi Bankası A.Ş. A Tipi BİST 100 Endeksi Fonu (Hisse Senedi Yoğun Fon), Yapı ve Kredi Bankası A.Ş. A Tipi Şemsiye Fonu-Global Teknoloji Yabancı Menkul Kıymet Alt Fonu (6. Alt Fon), Yapı ve Kredi Bankası A.Ş. B Tipi Şemsiye Fonu-Değişken 2. Alt Fonu and Yapı ve Kredi Bankası A.Ş. B Tipi Şemsiye Fonu-Orta Vadeli Tahvil ve Bono 3. Alt Fonu, the ownership of which was transferred to YTM due to the failure to dematerialize such units within the prescribed period, are also required to apply to YTM under the Regulation. The deadline for such applications is also 6 September 2026.
